In the event of cancellation, written notification must be provided. Cancellation charges will be effective from the time and date the written intimation is received. The following cancellation charges apply and will be deducted from the total tour cost:

60 to 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total tour cost as cancellation charges

30 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total tour cost as cancellation charges

14 days or less prior to arrival or No Show: 100% of the total tour cost as cancellation charges (No refund)

For any train or flight tickets, refunds will be subject to the cancellation policy applicable at the time of booking. A separate cancellation policy will apply for special train journeys and peak season bookings (from 20th December to 15th January), and will be provided when applicable.
